7-day return window
You can return most items within 7 days of receiving your order — no questions asked. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all included accessories.
Defective items
If a product arrives defective, we replace it for free — no return required. Send a short video or photo to rehmanumair1912@gmail.com and we'll arrange the replacement within 24 hours.
Non-returnable items
- Consumables (solder wire, flux, adhesive) once opened
- Items damaged by misuse or unauthorised modification
- Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery
How to start a return
- Email rehmanumair1912@gmail.com with your order number
- We send a return shipping label
- Drop the parcel at your nearest courier office
- Refund processed within 3 business days of us receiving it
Refund methods
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Cash-on-Delivery refunds are issued via Easypaisa or bank transfer (your preference).
