Complete rear camera modules, listed by the camera they replace. Apple's rear array uses separate modules for the main wide, ultra-wide and telephoto cameras, and they are not interchangeable — so identify which one has failed before ordering.
Rule out the cheaper causes first. Hazy or flared photos with a camera that still focuses means cracked lens cover glass. Focus that hunts with a rattle means the focus motor assembly. A module is the right part when the camera is black, dead, or shows lines and artefacts that survive a restart.
Identify the failed camera first — 0.5X ultra-wide, 1X main wide, or 2X and 3X telephoto. The modules are different parts and cannot be swapped between positions.
Usually not. If the camera focuses and shoots, hazy or flared images point at cracked outer lens cover glass, which is far cheaper to replace than a module.
